Successful Technicians will:
- Implement Mosquito Nashville Standards and Operations across all service channels by inspiring and holding the team accountable for delivering outstanding service.
- Act as the lead installer for Misting systems and Holiday Lighting & Decor as required.
- Exhibit quick and effective problem-solving skills while managing a diverse range of tasks daily.
- Conduct team training sessions and incentive programs to foster team spirit and encourage exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
- Participate in Regional Networking Groups to broaden referral opportunities through preferred partnerships.
- Oversee the Service Team to ensure thorough inspections of client properties, delivering best practices for Mosquito Control through various services (Misting Systems, Temporary Treatments, General Pest Control, and Holiday Lights & Decor).
- Attend events to promote the Misting System and the benefits of our high-quality components.
- Utilize referrals and leverage the existing client base to expand clientele through Walk Throughs & Service Appointments.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., safely.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
