Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Arrow Electric Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation and maintenance of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure that all electrical installations and maintenance work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant regulations and codes
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out safely and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and materials used
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Identify and report any potential safety hazards or risks on site
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity on site
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a Journeymen's card or equivalent in years of experience
  • Minimum of OSHA 30 completed
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
