At Edgewood Properties, we are seeking a skilled Exterminator Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in extermination or a related field and be able to execute extermination tasks, including diagnosing problems and treating for any and all types of pest control.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
  • Spray chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests
  • Set mechanical traps and place bait
  • Identify, select, mix, and apply chemical or manual solutions to get rid of pests
  • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints

The successful candidate will be able to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, specifically Fair Housing regulations.
