The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, with strong knowledge of industrial equipment. A valid driver's license and excellent communication skills are also essential. As a Crane Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting industrial hoists and cranes, as well as mentoring field technicians and communicating with customers.

About the Job:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with industrial hoists and cranes.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Mentor field technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Work Environment:

The work environment for this position will be varied, with some days spent working indoors and others spent working outdoors in extreme temperatures. You will be required to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, reach overhead, bend, squat, and stand for long periods. You must also be willing to travel occasionally (20-50%) and work various shifts, including on-call and overtime.


Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
