Medical Assistant

Deaconess is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Float, you will provide direct or indirect care to patients under the supervision of a physician, based on your scope of training. This role requires traveling to multiple clinics and may vary in work locations.
The ideal candidate will have a graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or an accredited nursing program. Current certification/license in one of the following areas is also required: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant Clinical, Active LPN license, or Active RN license. CPR provider certification is also necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
