Job Summary

The Pediatric Healthcare Specialist is a key member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in a pediatric clinic setting. This role requires a licensed nurse practitioner with expertise in assessing and treating patients from birth to young adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories to assess patients' health needs.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests to diagnose and treat various conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Counsel patients and families on healthy habits, medication management, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric nursing or related field.
