We specialize in addressing upper airway issues, focusing on prevalent conditions related to breathing, sleep, and snoring that significantly affect patients' daily lives.
Our physicians work alongside a dedicated team of Physician Assistants and support staff, who manage initial patient assessments and administrative tasks, enabling our physicians to deliver care at their highest capacity.
- Our team handles initial patient evaluations, medical histories, and in-office diagnostics.
- Patients are typically scheduled for consultations with the physician on the same or next day.
- The ENT specialist reviews diagnostic results and formulates a tailored treatment plan or discusses recommendations from the APP.
- Administrative staff manage pre-authorizations, orders, and other logistical details.
- Approximately 55-60% of our patients are eligible for in-office procedures, while others may receive treatment through medications or devices.
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with options for a 4- or 5-day work week.
- Procedures are designed to be efficient, typically lasting 15-20 minutes. On the day of the procedure, a PA will initiate the process, followed by the physician performing the procedure with the support of a Medical Assistant.
- Post-operative follow-ups are scheduled at 1, 2, 3, and 6 weeks, conducted by either the physician or PA.
- We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
- No night shifts, weekends (PAs cover Saturdays), holidays, or on-call duties are required.
Emergency Protocol:
Our PA is the first point of contact for emergencies, with the physician available for minor consultations as needed. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
