We are seeking a Lead RF Engineer for Advanced Systems to join our team of talented engineers and scientists.

This role involves designing and assessing RF systems critical to national defense. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in radar physics, including RF apertures, radar waveforms, electromagnetic wave propagation, radar signal processing, RCS modeling, automatic target recognition, target tracking, and missile decision logic theory.

The successful candidate will have experience with developing integrated missile avionics designs, including RF seekers, trackers, and guidance, navigation, and control systems. They will also possess excellent MatLab skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 and $330,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
