  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain inventory records accurately.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agricultural Product Knowledge: Knowledge of agricultural products and feed is a plus, but not mandatory (on-the-job training may be provided).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as feed stores often serve farmers and ranchers who may have varying schedules.
