The Florida Bar's Orlando Branch Office is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in regulating the legal profession in Florida, ensuring that high standards of professionalism and integrity are upheld.

About the Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the administration of justice in Florida. You will be responsible for:

  1. Prosecuting trials and completing all legal functions in disciplinary cases.
  2. Preparing records for and conducting grievance committee meetings.
  3. Conducting investigations of complaints alleging violation of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Juris Doctorate degree and a Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.
  • Three (3) years legal experience as an attorney in effective case management, trials, pre-trial matters, and development of trial strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and bar disciplinary procedures.
