Job Description

On The Green Sport's Grill is in search of a dedicated Food and Beverage Server.

As a Food and Beverage Server, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests by providing food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established procedures and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing an efficiently managed service shift that aligns with our operational standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of drinks and meals to all tables as requested.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all equipment utilized during service.
  • Upholding cleanliness of the dining area and bar in accordance with Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and drink menus, with the ability to explain and recommend items to guests.
  • Adhering to Company Health and Safety and Fire Regulations.
  • Maximizing revenue through effective upselling and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, including preparation methods and presentation.
