At Schneider, we're looking for experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Dedicated Flatbed Truck Drivers. As a valued member of our fleet, you'll enjoy consistent weekly miles and reliable home time.
Job SummaryThis is an opportunity to drive with one of the top carriers in the industry. You will haul building materials on flatbed trailers, unloading freight with moffetts and driving directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, etc. With 6 loads per week and multiple stop-offs per load, this position offers a variety of opportunities for experienced drivers.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses for experienced drivers (up to $5,000) and inexperienced drivers (up to $2,500). Additionally, you'll receive paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus potential: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- A valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training)
- Live within 50 miles of Rosemount, MN

Earn up to $1,600 weekly and enjoy a Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 0530. Drive within 200 miles of Rosemount, MN. Estimated salary range: $67,920 - $83,520 per year, based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year.
