Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Supervisor in establishing production priorities, ensuring effective operations, and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards.
  • Assist in coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to optimize production and resource utilization.
  • Review and discuss production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Minimize scrap and materials request order (MRO) usage, ensuring a clean and organized production floor.
  • Monitor production metrics and complete monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement operating methods and procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. At least 2 years of experience or a combination of education, experience, and/or training.
