About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Inpatient Dialysis RN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, self-care, and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
