Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive health programs to ensure the profitability and high-quality care of our clients.
• Build strong relationships with farmers and become a trusted advisor for their operation.
• Design and monitor the execution of health programs, including biosecurity, surveillance, vaccination and medication.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day problems farmers are experiencing.
• Demonstrate a scientific approach that is accompanied by ethical principles consistent with Pipestone's core values.

Requirements:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong and supportive working relationships with staff at various locations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
