Job Summary

Jacent is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize store layouts

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in changing environments with ability to meet physical requirements of the role
  • Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Resides within 20 miles of Lynden, WA
