Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Arrow Senior Living-Ohio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure consistency and quality
• Manage the culinary budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Lead and train a team of culinary staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction

• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior housing or related field
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
