Leasing Specialist

Scully Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, building rapport, and showcasing the unique benefits of our community.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring the leasing experience to meet their expectations.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our community, highlighting its unique features, and amenities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless leasing process, from initial contact to move-in.
• Represent Scully Careers with a positive and professional attitude, embodying the company's values and mission.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays, as required.
