Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rates (not commission) because of our drive for quality, not quantity.
  • Bonus opportunity up to $1,000 a month.
  • Tool Reimbursements for sharpening or purchasing the best tool kit.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and retirement savings.
  • 24 paid days off annually (immediate eligibility).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and groom pups up to 75 lbs.

  • Start Date + Onboarding (structure 2-week plan to set you up for success).
