Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in West Los Angeles, California.

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical limitations and promote functional abilities.
• Conduct clinical testing and analysis to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
• Administer and prescribe modalities and exercise programs to achieve established goals and promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide education and advice to patients and families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes.

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist License in California or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

• Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
• 2 years of acute care experience, with 1 year of critical care experience (ICU) and expertise in cardiac and stroke rehabilitation.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish.
