Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse at Forest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care. If you are a compassionate and dedicated RN with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients with diverse needs, collecting vital data and making informed decisions to ensure optimal care.
- Work under the guidance of our state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment to provide safe and effective care.
- Direct and supervise the care provided by other nursing staff members as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, with a strong preference for candidates with 1+ years of experience in long-term care facilities.
