About the Opportunity

We are excited to find a dedicated Network Attorney who is eager to provide valuable legal insights in the fields of estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and asset protection law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized legal counsel to clients concerning estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other pertinent areas of law.
  • Draft crucial legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other paperwork necessary for estate planning and business formation.
  • Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies designed to protect and preserve their assets.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
