  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity and population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods and timely documentation.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
