The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our customers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI tools using Go, TensorFlow, and other Google Cloud Platform tools to create intelligent solutions that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive models for commodity demand, supply availability, estimated arrival times, and potential delays.
  • Enhance our logistics simulations and market optimization algorithms to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Solve complex problems using mechanistic and statistical approaches to optimize supply chains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong background in algorithms, optimization, reinforcement learning, and artificial neural networks.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AI tools using Go and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute tasks independently and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with function/path optimization and algorithms like linear programming, BOBYQA, A* Search, and simulated annealing.
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
