Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at NovaCare Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities.
Our outpatient orthopedic center is dedicated to delivering high-quality treatment services that maximize functionality and promote optimal outcomes for our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients achieve their goals and get back to their daily lives.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining positive interactions with our centers and patients, and enhancing and expanding client relations with centers and their staff.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with NovaCare Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
- College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
- Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process).
- CPR Certification.
