About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled School Nurse to join our team in Watertown, MA.

Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to students in a school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting student health and safety, managing health records, and supporting students with chronic health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care: Deliver exceptional nursing care to students in a school setting, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with school staff: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to promote student health and safety.
  • Manage health records: Accurately maintain and update student health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Support students with chronic conditions: Provide individualized support and care to students with ongoing health needs, collaborating with parents and healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
