Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide comprehensive treatment to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist, following state guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist with patient assessment, goal setting, and treatment planning.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college with a degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure and/or registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state where you will be working.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
