We are seeking a skilled Art Therapist to join our team at Wellstone Regional Hospital. As a dynamic and talented professional, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs and formulating treatment programs in accordance with physician orders.
As an Art Therapist, you will administer treatment programs to patients to achieve the greatest benefit and resolution of symptoms through established therapeutic procedures. You will provide a high level of quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patient needs and formulating treatment programs
- Administering treatment programs to patients
- Providing a high level of quality patient care
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and eligible to sit for national exam conducted through the National Council on Therapeutic Recreation Certification
- Minimum of one year experience in a Mental Health/Psychiatric setting preferred
