Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management, offering recommendations for process enhancements and risk mitigation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
  • Mentor and train junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial statements and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
