Sanitation Technician

The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the workplace. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring a pristine environment.

• Utilizing both manual and mechanical equipment to clean floors effectively.
• Conducting thorough cleaning and sanitization of washrooms, windows, doors, and any spills.
• Managing waste by emptying rubbish and recycling bins regularly.
• Ensuring that cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs required to management.
• Performing general, deep, and detailed cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Safely handling and storing chemical cleaning products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• This position may lead to a permanent hire based on attendance and performance.
• Work schedule typically involves 4-5 days a week, primarily focused on office cleaning with additional tasks at job sites as needed.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
