The job involves managing patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, delegating and assessing patient care, and preparing patients for discharge.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan and possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
