Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for the NAVIGATE program
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Provide family support and education to promote adjustment to treatment and illness
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient information in the medical record to ensure effective communication and care
Requirements
  • Master's level clinician in a related field
  • Independent licensure or eligibility to work with patients under supervision
  • Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and social skills training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
