About the JobThis registered nurse will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, and developing effective plans of care for patients with complex diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to provide personalized care to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Delegate tasks and supervise staff members to ensure efficient delivery of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal care coordination and patient satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred.
