About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens, providing clinical services to patients and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations and MTM interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Engage patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues in a timely manner and answering questions to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Model and share patient service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and joyful experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Connect with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services, supporting efforts to enhance patient experience and promote the shift of the Walgreens pharmacy role from transactional to interpersonal.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
