Banquet Bartender

As a Banquet Bartender at Driftwood Hospitality Management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by serving high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interact with Customers: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
• Assess Customer Needs: Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies as needed.

• Proven Experience: Proven working experience as a bartender, with excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer Literacy: Computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Standing and Walking: Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time and performing physical duties including lifting.
• Occasional Twisting: Occasional twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
