Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management with financial planning and analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and databases.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal associates to resolve issues.
  • Investigate and analyze discrepancies and recommend issue resolution.
  • Prepare and run various financial reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with company projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a field of accounting or finance, internship preferred if 0 years of experience.
Senior Staff Accountant Criteria
  • 3+ years of experience in a field of accounting.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Analyst preferred.
  • Ability to identify financial issues and propose resolution to management.
  • Display the skills to operate and lead the department in manager absence.
  • Act as a role model and provide guidance to staff accountants and clerical staff.
  • Advanced spreadsheet/database/computer knowledge.
