Multifamily Housing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Housing Technician to join our team in Tualatin, OR.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. They will have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, and grounds keeping.
• Clean and maintain shared community spaces, including the leasing office lobby, clubhouses, fitness or recreational areas.

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US are required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
