Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service by guiding customers through each phase, from sales and appraisals to test drives and financing arrangements.
  • Conduct assessments of vehicle conditions by gathering, documenting, and relaying information to buyers for customer appraisals.
  • Receive and process vehicles delivered to CarMax; manage daily inventory scanning and reconciliation.
  • Perform cosmetic evaluations to ensure all vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including printing reports, maintaining transaction documentation, liaising with finance companies regarding customer contracts, and managing cash/payment processes.
  • Schedule service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work; ensure documentation accuracy for billing purposes.

This position operates in a dynamic retail sales environment where teamwork is essential to achieving goals and managing diverse customer interactions. The ability to quickly establish rapport and comprehend client needs is crucial for success. You will juggle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, including vehicle sales, processing sales documentation, evaluating vehicle conditions for appraisals, and managing repair orders.
