Job Title: TableOne - Host

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at TableOne Hospitality. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

About the Role:

  • Welcome guests and ensure they receive exceptional service at all times
  • Answer questions about the menu, wine list, and other inquiries guests may have
  • Seat guests to their table with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Answer phones and take reservations in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant entrance and workstation
  • Represent the restaurant professionally and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with all programs, procedures, and training to ensure the highest level of service

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an upscale restaurant and bar setting
  • Prior experience as a host or in a similar role
  • Cleanliness, organization, and teamwork are essential for this position
  • Food and wine knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Pleasant and professional phone demeanor is a must
