We are currently seeking a Mid-level Business Operations Analyst to support our initiatives primarily at DCSA headquarters and occasionally at various regional field offices as required.

Note: This position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate process enhancement by performing thorough analyses utilizing both internal program data and external benchmark information.
  • Identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement by developing, refining, and monitoring key performance metrics to substantiate the need for enhancements.
  • Conduct statistical evaluations to assess production levels, performance metrics, and the utilization of services and products.
  • Manage record-keeping duties, ensuring that all visualization and production activities, including requests, formatting, and dissemination, are accurately documented within the appropriate database.
  • Provide both ad hoc and routine business analytic support, which encompasses business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measurement, stakeholder surveys, statistical evaluations, and process improvement assessments.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with commercial business logistics, supply chain management, and budgeting data systems, including proficiency in tools such as One Note, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, with capabilities in data analytics, operations tracking, and reporting.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in facilitating strategic communications with key stakeholders within the DoD Intelligence Community.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in conducting physical security assessments, budget execution tracking, and operational analysis, including tracking and reporting.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, including data entry into Microsoft Access databases or similar Systems of Record, tracking and analyzing data inputs, and generating reports or visual representations of key data as needed.
  • Experience in organizing and executing virtual and on-site conferences is highly desirable.
