Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our donation processing team, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to ensure efficient processing through our Kaizen system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and the public
- Process and record donations accurately and efficiently
- Sort and categorize donations to meet Kaizen guidelines
- Perform other duties as instructed by supervisors, including cleaning, customer service, and building maintenance
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Good mobility and ability to stand for long periods
