About the Role

The Program Control Office manages corporate business and technology initiatives for Foundation GEOINT (FG), supporting aeronautical, maritime, geography, and geomatics missions. Key functions include:
  • Strategic workforce planning coordination.

  • Coordinating new technology capabilities and requirements.

Creating and revising technical documents, including manuals, reports, brochures, and articles. This role involves writing and editing technical documents, determining the most suitable publication type for project needs, and collaborating with engineers, programmers, and project managers to understand specific products or processes. Assessing audience needs for documentation and adjusting tone and terminology accordingly is essential. Planning writing processes and setting timelines is also a key responsibility. Collaborating with graphic designers to produce diagrams, charts, and visual aids enhances reader comprehension of products or processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate graphics to support communications and marketing strategies.
  • Provide graphic arts support for web presence.
  • Craft and deliver briefings while assisting team members.
  • Maintain websites and SharePoint platforms.
  • Offer content management support for digital platforms.
  • Review marketing materials for design consistency and grammatical accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external entities to gather comprehensive information.
  • Plan, design, and deliver graphics that align with business processes.
  • Assist team members in crafting and delivering briefings.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Acrobat.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with the printing production process and vendor communication.
  • Familiarity with the US Intelligence Community and web support.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced customer service and representational skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for project execution.
Demonstrated attention to detail, along with strong proofreading and editing capabilities.
