Social Bay Ambassador

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Social Bay Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our Guests in our interactive Social Bays.

• Deliver exceptional Guest service by providing personalized recommendations and guidance on games and activities.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for Guests by managing game setups, providing technical support, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to provide prompt and attentive beverage and food service to Guests.
• Reset and clean Social Bays to approved standards after use to prepare for the next Guests.
• Adhere to company sanitation procedures and follow alcohol awareness protocols to prevent intoxication and address situations with intoxicated Guests.
• Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
• Assist other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

• Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
