About the Role:

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity for a skilled Nursing Assistant who is committed to delivering exceptional care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene;
  2. Observe and report any changes in resident condition or behavior;
  3. Assist with mealtime, laundry, and other household tasks as needed;
  4. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge;
  5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work;
  • High school graduate or equivalent;
  • At least 18 years old (if 16 years old, currently in high school);
  • Able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions;
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties;
  • Previous experience in long term care preferred but not required.
