Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Custodial Technician to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of various facilities. The primary responsibilities include maintaining common areas such as dormitories, classrooms, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, including sanitization.
  • Conduct vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning tasks.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
  • Wash windows and mirrors to maintain visibility and cleanliness.
  • Utilize floor buffing equipment for large surface areas.

Position Details

This is a contract role with a duration of 12 months. The position is fully on-site.

Work Environment

This role operates on the first shift, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering flexibility. The Custodial Technician will report to the Facilities Management building and will cover various areas of the campus.
