Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve staff development and patient care outcomes.
  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated plans of treatment and cost-effective utilization of services.
  • Investigate and resolve patient and family member concerns regarding patient care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as charge nurse, preceptor, quality improvement champion or other related leadership experience.
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing. High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACLS certification strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
