Key Responsibilities- Telephone and In-Person Support: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and referring providers through various forms of communication.
- Scheduling Coordination: Schedule multi-specialty and multi-disciplinary patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner, taking into account the complexity of our patient population.
- Registration and Check-In/Check-Out: Complete registration elements, including scanning insurance cards, obtaining signatures, and printing medication lists.
- Communication and Documentation: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transitions of care.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical or healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
