Thea, under the guidance of Chef Tomer Blechman, is a vibrant bakery focused on exceptional baked goods, including artisanal bread and pastries, alongside a unique sandwich offering.



Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant possesses:

  • Proficiency in dough preparation, particularly with sourdough and enriched varieties.
  • Experience in shaping, proofing, and baking various types of bread.
  • Familiarity with deck ovens is advantageous.
  • Strong measurement skills for large batch production.
  • Availability for morning and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability, with morning shifts typically scheduled from 4 am to 12 pm. You will be part of a collaborative team with extensive bread baking expertise.

Physical Demands:
