The Role
We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our night shift team at the Hamblen County Jail. As an LPN at Southern Health Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing essential nursing care to our patients, including medication administration, patient assessment, and adherence to treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
  • Follow through with established treatment plans
  • Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
