Austin Endoscopy Center LLC is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes in a state-of-the-art facility. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective recovery of patients following surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patient care areas and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, temperature, and cardiac function, and report any abnormalities to the surgeon
  • Perform and document head-to-toe evaluations of patients using an approved scoring system
  • Provide a safe and comforting environment for patients and their families
  • Ensure patients meet discharge criteria and provide education on post-operative care
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in PACU, ICU, or Surgery
  • Active RN license as required by state of employment
  • BCLS Certification upon employment
  • ACLS required within 30 days of hire
  • PALS if required by facility within 30 days of hire
